Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact.
Customized or engraved items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase.

Refund Exceptions
