How Does the 30-Day Return Policy Work?
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
What Can Be Returned?
All KMD Jewelry items (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.) are eligible for return within 30 days.
Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 5 business days.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you prefer an exchange, let us know when you contact customer service, and we will assist you with your new selection.

Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
